摘 要:20世纪80年代末至90年代初,德兴铜矿从美国引进了当时具有国际先进水平的第1代露天矿用现场混装乳化炸药技术和配套装药车。本文总结了德兴铜矿十多年来在推广和使用该技术的体会,分析了该技术对国内起爆器材的推动作用,指出了PP型乳化炸药混装系统存在的问题与改进,研究出适合机械化预装的安全乳化炸药及预装药爆破技术,并结合我国国情提出下一步工作的设想。The first generation of technology of Site Mixed Emulsion Explosive with its suited vehicle was introduced into Dexing Copper Mine at the end of 1980s in twenty century.This paper summarized the experience accumulated in more than ten years in Dexing Copper Mine in terms of extending and applying this technology;analyzed its promotion and improvements in the field of domestic blasting equipment;and worked out safety emulsion explosive and preloading explosive blasting technology applicable to mechanization preloading. As a conclusion,the paper pointed out the existing problem of PP type mixed emulsion explosive system plus the improvements adaptable to the situation in our country followed by proposing a technical suggestion for its use in future.
