摘  要:目的观察大豆异黄酮对小鼠抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法选用BALB/C雄性小鼠60只,体重18~22g,随机分为4组(空白对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组),空白对照组喂饲基础饲料,其余3组分别喂饲添加25、100、200mg/kg大豆异黄酮的基础饲料。实验第8周末,将小鼠断头处死,取血和肝脏组织测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等指标。结果与空白对照组相比较,小鼠全血、肝脏中的CAT、GSH-Px活性明显升高(P<0.01),小鼠肝脏中SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01)。结论大豆异黄酮可明显提高实验动物抗氧化酶活性。Objective To investigate the effects of Soy Isoflavones on A nti-oxidation Enzym e activities in mice during an experimental period of 8 weeks. Methods Sixty BALB/C male mice (18-22g ,BW) were selected and divided randomly into 3 experimental g roups fed with a basal diet supplemented with 25,100,200mg/kg Soy Isoflavones, respectively. The control group fed with basal diet only. After 8 weeks, the G SH-Px CAT and SOD were determined chemically. Results Compared w ith control group,the GSH-Px and CAT activities in liver and whole blood increas ed significantly(P<0.01),the SOD levels in liver grew highly(P<0.01) . Conclusion These results suggest that Soy Isoflavones can sig nificantly elevate the activities of Anti-oxidation Enzyme.
