摘 要:为解决柔性石墨密封材料强度低,密封性、柔软性和回弹性差的问题.利用正交设计等数理统计方法进行了配方优化设计及制备工艺条件的实验研究,制备出了具有高性能的柔性石墨复合增强密封材料.制品的各项指标优异、硫含量低,扩大了柔性石墨在密封领域的应用范围.Non-rigid graphite sealing material is of excellent qualities against high temperature, oxygenation, radiation, erosion as well as a good elasticity against pressure, which enable it to be the best substitute for asbestos as sealing material. But it is of some fatal faulties like poor strength, poor sealing effect, poor bend-ability and poor elasticity as well. Using intersecting and other mathematical statistical methods, experimental research on optimizing prescription design and preparation technical condition was made and high-standard non-rigid graphite composite enhancing sealing material was produced. The product is of all-index excellence and with low sulphur content, which makes the extent of applying non-rigid graphite in sealing area extended greatly.
