摘　　要：阐述了光纤压力传感器的发展概况,从光波调制的角度分别叙述了强度调制、频率调制、相位调制、波长调制、偏振调制型光纤压力传感器以及分布调制型光纤压力传感器,介绍了它们的原理、结构、优缺点等,并对目前最常用的强度调制压力传感器和发展迅速的分布调制型光纤压力传感器进行了详细的介绍。This article generally describes the development of fiber-optic pressure sensors. From the point of view of lightwave modulation, this article introduces fiber-optic intensity-modulated, frequency-modulated, phase-modulated, wavelength-modulated, polarization-modulated pressure sensors and fiber-optic distributed modulated pressure sensors, separately introduces their principle, configuration, advantage, disadvantage, and so on. This article gives a detailed description of fiber-optic intensity-modulated pressure sensors in most common use and rapid developing fiber-optic distributed modulated pressure sensors at present.
