摘 要:将35只6~8月龄体重17kg的新疆美利奴公羊根据体重分为5组(每组n=7),分别喂给玉米秸秆基础日粮(第1组)、每只羊每天添喂7g尿素(混在精料中分两次饲喂,第2组);每只羊每天添喂7g尿素(喷洒在秸秆中,第3组)、每只羊每天添喂15g尿素(混在精料中分两次饲喂,第4组)和每只羊每天添喂15g尿素(喷洒在秸秆中,第5组),以比较两种尿素添喂方式对绵羊消化代谢影响。结果表明,第1至第5组中单只羊的玉米秸秆采食量(g/d)分别为484.1±59.9,474.8±55.5,494.9±44.4,464.8±56.1和431.9±40.5;有机物消化率(%)分别为58.72±2.67a,60.74±3.30a,58.84±3.59a,59.43±1.84a和55.13±3.51b;纤维素消化率(%)分别为37.87±3.92ab,41.39±4.96a,39.53±6.62a,39.70±4.78a和32.75±4.15b;半纤维素消化率(%)分别为54.14±4.82ab,54.14±3.50ab,52.96±7.51ab,55.25±2.60a和48.08±7.24b;粗蛋白消化率(%)分别为59.58±5.43c,71.54±5.14ab,67.47±3.23b,76.92±4.64a和72.68±2.70ab;氮保留率(%)分别为13.8±4.2,18.5±5.0,18.6±2.1,17.4±6.9和12.0±6.1。尿素氮利用率在第2至第5组分别为34%,37%,22%和9%。从本研究可以得出,用玉米秸秆日粮饲喂绵羊时将尿素由添加在精料中每天分两次饲喂改为喷洒在秸秆中饲喂,对于改善动物的采食、消化和氮保留,均没有显著的作用,而且在喂给较多量尿素(每只羊每天添喂15g尿素)时,还会造成动物采食量、消化量(率)以及氮保留的减少或降低。35 male Xinjiang Merino sheep of 17kg body weight, 6-8 month-old, were divided into 5 groups (n=7 each group) , supplied with corn stover-based diet (no urea , group 1 ) , 7g urea /sheep/day (urea mixed with the concentration and fed twice per day, group 2) , 7g urea /sheep/day (urea soluted and spouted on stover, group 3) , 15 g urea /sheep/day (urea mixed with the concentration and fed twice per day , group 4) , 15g urea /sheep/day (urea soluted and spouted on stover, group 5) , to study the effect of two methods of supplementation of urea on digestion and metabolism in sheep. The results showed that the intake of corn-stover in each group was 484.1±59.9,474.8±55.5,494.9±44.4,464.8±56.1 and 431.9±40.5 g/sheep/day respectively ; the OM digestibility was 58.72%±2.67%~a, 60.74%±3.30%~a, 58.84%±3.59%~a, 59.43%±1.84%~a and 55.13%±3.51%~b respectively;the digestibility of cellulose was 37.87%±3.92%~ ab , 41.39%±4.96%~a, 39.53%±6.62%~a, 39.70%±4.78%~a and 32.75%±4.15%~b respectively;the digestibility of hemi-cellulose was 54.14%±4.82%~ ab , 54.14%±3.50%~ ab , 52.96%±7.51%~ ab , 55.25%±2.60%~a and 48.08%±7.24%~b respectively;the digestibility of CP was 59.58% ±5.43%~c, 71.54%±5.14%~ ab , 67.47%±3.23%~b, 76.92%±4.64%~a and 72.68%±2.70%~ ab respectively;the nitrogen retention rate was 13.8%±4.2% , 18.5%±5.0%, 18.6%±2.1%, 17.4%± 6.9% and 12.0%±6.1% respectively. The efficiency of N utilization of urea in group 2, 3, 4 and 5 was 34%, 37%, 22% and 9% respectively. It is concluded that comparing with feeding twice of urea per day, spraying urea into corn stover has little effect on the intake, digestion and nitrogen retention of sheep, or even worse when higher dose of urea is fed.
