摘 要:以动力学理论为基础,分析了复合式干法分选机中床层顶、底部物料的受力情况.结果表明该干选机中物料受多种力的综合作用,处于床层上、下部的物料形成正反方向速度梯度而向各自的方向运动,即在横断面上产生螺旋运动.物料在横断面上经过多次反复分选,从给料端到排料端形成灰分由低到高的多种产品.物料在纵断面上的受力分析表明:分选机激振力方向应与分选床横向有一定角度.这样,激振力在分选床纵向的分力可促使分层后进入床层底部的高密度物料尽快向矸石端移动,后续入料中的高密度物料也可迅速进入底层,从而完善分层和分选;同时,此分力也可促使整个床层向矸石端移动,提高设备的处理能力.Based on dynamic theory, forces exerted on materials at different heights of the bed are analyzed. The result shows that several forces act upon separator together, making materials in different heights form velocity grades in both positive and negative directions and move towards respective direction, producing helical motion on cross section. Thus material on the section is separated and several products from low ash content to high ash content are obtained from feedstock to discharge. The analysis of forces exerted on material on vertical section shows that there should be an angle between the vibrated force direction and crosswise of separation bed. Some parts of exciting forces in vertical direction can make higher dnesity materials on the bottom of bed to move towards gangue as quickly as possible, then the following higher density materials of feed are able to enter the bottom quickly, and stratification and separation are performed. Meanwhile this part of forces can also impel the whole bed to move towards gangues, which can improve the capacity of facilities.
