摘　　要：六边形管片衬砌是可以在TBM高速掘进中实现快速隧洞衬砌的一种隧洞衬砌方式,文中通过121km万家寨引黄工程TBM施工隧洞的实践在肯定这种衬砌方式具有速度快这一明显优点的同时简要分析了其存在的缺点:精确而敏感,不适宜于软弱围岩,弯洞段误差大,止水质量不易保证,回填垫层需要重复灌浆等,旨在为国内目前越来越多采用这种衬砌方式的引水工程和同行提供参考。The Lining with hexagonal segment is a kind of tunnel lining mode that can be used in tunnel of high-speed excavation with TBM to realize high-speed lining of tunnel. In this paper, based on the practice of the YRDP'S tunnels that are 121km long and are construced with TBM,affirming that this lining mode have evident advantage---high-speed, this paper briefly analyzes the existing deficiency of this mode:it is accuracy but sensitivity and is not fit for soft adjoining rock, always makes obvious errors when it is used in bend tunnel.the water seal quality can't be guaranteed, and the backfill bedding need grouting repeatly and so on .The purpose of this paper is to deliver a reference for the relative persons who plan to adopt this lining mode.
