摘　　要：开发利用雨水资源、发展旱井集雨微灌技术,是解决干旱山区农业用水紧张问题的现实选择和必然要求。该技术的推广对缓解干旱山区农业用水供需矛盾,改善农业生产条件,提高农业抗旱能力具有重要意义。Using rain resoureces ,developing technique of micro irrigation with well storing rainfll are the realistic selection and inevitable demand to solve the shortage of agriculture water use. Applying and popularizing this technique have important meaning to relax the contradiction between the agriculture water supply and demand in drought mountain area ,to improre agriculture production condition, and to raise agriculture productivity.
