摘　　要：目的探讨反复自然流产患者妊娠组织中细胞凋亡抑制蛋白survivin的表达情况及与促凋亡基因Bax、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测30例反复自然流产患者(简称研究组)妊娠组织中survivin、Bax、PCNA的表达情况,以20例同期正常妊娠要求人工流产者作为对照组。结果研究组妊娠组织中survivin表达明显低于对照组,Bax表达明显高于对照组;研究组PCNA表达明显低于对照组,即增殖指数明显低于对照组。研究组中survivin的表达与Bax的表达呈负相关,与PCNA的表达呈正相关。结论抑制凋亡蛋白survivin表达下降可能在反复自然流产的发生中起重要作用。Objective To examine the expression of survivin in pregnancy tissue in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA), and to study its relation with Bax and PCNA. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to examine the expression of survivin, Bax and PCNA in villi and decidua in 30 RSA patients and 20 healthy pregnant women. Results Survivin levels in pregnancy tissue were significantly lower in RSA group than those in control, and Bax levels were significantly higher in RSA group than those in control, and the proliferating indexes(PI) were lower in RSA group than those in control. Negative correlation was found between survivin and Bax in pregnancy tissue in RSA group, and positive correlation was found between survivin and PCNA. Conclusion Decreased survivin level may play important role in the occurrence of RSA.
