摘  要:以LiLaNiO/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,自配模拟汽油为原料,在常规固定床反应器中进行了汽油与水和氧混合重整制氢气的研究.考察了反应温度、空速和水碳比对催化剂性能的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,并在优化条件下进行了长时间的运行.反应后的催化剂用XRD,TG和NH3-TPD等手段进行了表征.研究结果表明,LiLaNiO/γ-Al2O3催化剂对汽油水氧混合重整具有优异的催化性能,优化条件下模拟汽油的转化率为100%,H2的选择性为96%,并且反应具有良好的稳定性.Fuel cells are nowadays the most promising power for both stationnry power plant., and mobile power plants due to the increasing concern in environmental and pollution problems, Otic of the main problems concerning the fuel cell systems is the use of hydrogen. So the conversion of hydrocarbon to hydrogen will play an important role in the near future. The mixed reforming of hydrocarbon with water and oxygen is regarded as the desired way for on-site and on-board hydrogen production for fuel cells, In this paper, the LiLaNiO/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst was used to produce hydrogen by mixed reforming of model gasoline and the effect of varied reaction conditions was studied. Under the optimized conditions, long-term performance of the reaction was investigated. The LiLaNiO/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst exhibited good activity and favorable stability during 100 h reaction. The conversion of gasoline was 100% and the selectivity for CO and H-2 was 91% and 96%, respectively, XRD results showed that the crystal phases of the catalyst possessed gamma-Al2O3, Ni and NiO. The quantity of coke on the catalyst after 100 h reaction was around 5% by TG. NH3-TPD showed that the acidity of the fresh;And used catalysts was very weak.
