摘 要:在复杂地形条件下,对石质高速公路双路堑进行生产性爆破试验。试验采用宽孔距、小抵抗线,并固定排距、调整间距的炮孔布置方法,降低了复杂地形条件下炮孔布置难度;并采用V形掏槽、非电微差起爆网路、沿路基中心线对称起爆的中深孔方式开挖集中土石方,边坡保护采用光面爆破技术。实践证明,这种方法对开挖复杂地形条件下大面积的石质路堑是可行而有效的,对类似路堑开挖的爆破设计和施工有参考价值。Practice of large-area multiple-raw holes blasting technology in cutting excavation under complicated conditions was introduced.Reasonably choosing program and designing blasting network in complicated geological conditions were adopted in the cutting excavation,reduced the difficulty in arranging borehole.V-shape cutting,non-electric millisecond detonating network and multiple-raw holes were employed in the blasting large-area rocks,and smooth blasting was conducted so as to maintain the slope stabilization.The blasting proved to be effective through the practice.Some experiences obtained were useful for the similar projects.
