摘　　要：高等学校收费改革的实施有利于我国逐步建立起一种由政府、社会、学校、学生家长或个人共同合理分担高等教育培养成本的机制。对于由此而引起的低收入家庭的大学生经济困难甚至入学难的问题,有效的解决方法是建立完备的大学资助体系。本文分析了我国大学生资助政策执行过程中出现的主要问题,提出了四点完善大学生资助系统的措施。The reform of tuition-payment policy in Colleges helps to establish a reasonable policy in which the total cost of cultivation is distributed among government, society, colleges and student's families. To overcome the economic difficulties of poor college students, effective measures should be taken to establish a perfect college students' financial support system. This paper firstly analyzes the main problems in carrying out the college students financial support policy in our country, and then it provides four measures to perfect the college students financial support system.
