珠海口岸出入境卫生检疫措施:尸体·棺柩·骸骨

摘　　要：〔目的〕通过对珠海口岸出入境尸体、棺柩、骸骨的卫生检疫现状分析,引入CEPA理念,探讨珠海口岸出入境尸体、棺柩、骸骨的卫生检疫措施。〔方法〕对珠海口岸2003年出入境尸体、棺柩、骸骨的申报、查验及卫生处理等情况进行统计分析。〔结果〕珠海口岸2003年出入境尸体、棺柩790具;骸骨28具,共818具。其中入境802具,占90.04%。死亡原因以心血管疾病最多,占31.66%;因传染病死亡的占0.61%。死亡地点绝大多数是在澳门,比例高达97.92%。〔结论〕应加强与澳门相关部门的合作,完善出入境尸体、棺柩、骸骨的管理办法并加大对出入境尸体、棺柩、骸骨移运公司的管理力度。ObjectiveDiscuss the measures of inspection and quarantine for entry-exit corpse,coffin with corpse and human remains.MethodsAnalysis the conditions of entry-exit corpse,coffin with corpse and human remains from Zhuhai port in 2003 of declaration,inspection and sanitation transaction.ResultsIn 2003,there were 818 cases of entry-exit corpse,coffin with corpse and human remains from Zhuhai port,were (802 entering cases).The Connon reason was heart and blood vessel diseases(31.66%),and there were 6 cases which of infectious diseases(0.61%).The death location almost were Macao(97.92%).ConclusionWe need to strengthen teamwork with health department of Macao perfect mongenent methods.[
