摘　　要：研制了一种对挖掘机进行全球定位与远程监控的数据采集装置.系统以单片机作为控制器,GSM作为与远程通讯部件,GPS作为全球定位信息采集部件,PPI作为与工程机械控制PLC数据交换接口,实现了挖掘机的远程数据采集、全球定位、监控和报警等多种功能.A globe position and remote data acquisition device has been designed for grab machines.The system uses a MCU as its controller,a GSM module as communication component,a GPS module as the Global Position component,and a PPI circuit as the data exchange interface with PLC controller.This system has multifunctions,such as remote data acquisition,globe position,real time remote monitoring and alarming.
