片梭织机的发展前景及产品开发思路

摘　　要：从片梭织机发展现状出发,分析了片梭织机的发展前景。指出片梭织机的宽幅低速高引纬、品种适应性较广及纬纱张力精确可控三大工艺特性是目前其他无梭织机不能完全替代的优势。片梭织机的产品开发思路可向厚重型织物、精细织物、工业技术织物及宽幅、多幅方向发展,并列举了具有代表性的几类织物。On the base of present situation of projectile loom, developing prospect is analyzed, and three technology specialities of projectile loom such as broad width & low speed & high filling insertion, good adaptability for variety and exact controlling in weft tension are pointed out. The three technology specialities are vantages why other shuttleless loom can’t instead of projectile loom. Development route of projectile loom is also proposed and several represent fabric are taken as example, developing direction of projectile loom product is heavy fabric, high-count cloth, industrial technology fabric, broad width fabric and multi-width fabric.
