摘　　要：从原纱、经纬纱的细度与密度、绒纬与地纬的比值、地组织以及绒纬组织的选择等方面入手,对Modal纤维与棉混纺纱灯芯绒面料的设计思路、应注意事项、生产过程中遇到的问题以及解决问题的方法进行了阐述。Modal棉混纺纱单纱作经纱,其强力不够,需浆纱;Modal棉混纺纱较细,织造中应采用较大的经纬密,以提高地组织的坚牢度和绒毛的固结牢度。On the base of fineness and density of raw yarn & warp & weft, ratio of pile weft & ground weft and choosing of ground stitch & pile weft stitch, design route of Modal Cotton blending corduroy fabric, attention questions in production and resolving measures are introduced.If using Modal cotton blended single yarn as warp,it needs to size for its lower strength.Modal cotton blended yarn is fine,so higher pick count Should be adopted in weaving to enhance fasness of basic stitch and flick barred.
