摘　　要：分析了国产清梳联纺制细特涤纶纤维存在的问题。经过调研、试验、分析,改进了国产清梳联的工艺流程和部分设备,优选了清梳联抓棉机打手速度、梳棉机出条速度、锡林刺辊速度、锡林～盖板隔距等工艺参数。提高了生产效率和生条与成纱质量。Existing problems in spinning fine count polyester fibers with domestic blowing-carding unit are analyzed, and technology circulation and equipments of domestic blowing-carding are improved by research, test and analyses. Technology parameters of beater speed of bale plucker, sliver delivery speed of carding machine, speed of cylinder & lick-in and gauge between cylinder & flat are optimized. Productive efficiency and quality of card sliver & yarn are enhanced.
