摘　　要：黄土高原水土保持世行贷款项目的实施,不仅通过引进资金加快了治理速度、提高了措施质量与效益,更重要的是同时引进了世行先进的管理理念,提高了项目管理水平,为我国水土保持利用外资积累了丰富经验。在规范项目管理工作方面,世行官员和咨询专家给予的支持与帮助贯穿于项目执行的全过程,有效地解决了影响项目实施的实际问题,保证了项目的顺利实施,取得显著的效果,并在长期的工作中,同中方项目工作人员保持着相互信任的良好合作关系。The implementation of Loess Plateau Watershed Rehabilitation Project not only fastens the speed of development in the project areas and generates rema rkable benefits, but also most importantly introducing advanced management concept in project management. The World Bank staff and consultants gave great support and assistance during the whole process of project implementation in standardi zing project management, and solved practical problems that influenced smooth im plementation of the project. A trust relationship between the bank and local staff is built through cooperation that is helpful for effective operation of the p roject.
