摘 要:根据辐射换热原理,详细分析了热辐射强化剂应用在反应釜上的节能机理以及影响节能率的主要因素。理论分析和实际应用都表明:在反应釜上应用热辐射强化剂后能明显地增加反应釜表面的净辐射热流,从而有效地降低烟气的出炉温度,达到良好的节能效果。The energy-saving mechanism with the application of heat radiation intensifier to reactor tank is brought to light, and main important factors for the energy-saving ratio are proposed based on the heat radiation transfer principles. It is proved that the net heat radiation exchange from fume gas to the reheating reactor tank surface can be enhanced with the application of heat radiation intensifier. As a result, it can lower the temperature of flue gas effectively and make remarkable contribution to energy-saving both theoretically and practically.
