摘  要:概述了偏心底出钢电弧炉的结构特点及其优越性,重点介绍了偏心底出钢电弧炉的冶炼工艺,以及偏心底出钢电弧炉的出钢口填料及其操作。实践表明:该工艺不但对传统槽出钢电炉有指导意义,而且对新建的,尤其是大型超高功率电弧炉炉体结构的设计及其工艺操作有指导意义。In this paper, the structurecharacteristic and advantages ofeccentric bottomtappingelectric arc furnaceareintroduced. Thesteel- making process for eccentric bottom tapping electric arc furnace is taken as a focus point, and adding raw materials of the taphole and its op- eration are described. Experiment results show that this process does not only make much contributions to traditional tapping spout electric arc furnace, but also provides a guide to the structure devices and process of newly built especially large ultra high power electric arc furnace.
