摘  要:提出了一种顺流加热含碳球团直接还原的新方法。就对含碳球团金属化率影响最大的3个因素:还原时间、空气预热温度和料层厚度,分别按两因素三水平做了正交实验,并对实验结果进行了正交回归分析,找到了在本实验条件下含碳球团直接还原的最佳参数。这对今后在这方面的研究有一定的借鉴性。A new technique that layer of carbon-bearing pellets is heated and direct reduced under conditon of parallel-flow heating with pre- heated air is put forword. The experimental study is performed according to the orthogonal experiment method of“two factors”and“three levels”, and the effect of most important factors such as reduction time, preheated air temperature and thickness upon metalization of carbon- bearing pellets are studied. The results are discussed through orthogonal regression and best operating parameters of process are found. It's a good reference to the research in the future.
