摘　　要：目的总结91例交通事故致腹部闭合伤的诊治经验。方法91例均腹腔穿刺,阳性率96.7%;床旁B超检查83例,阳性率91.2%;CT检查47例,阳性率100%。结果手术治疗78例(85.7%),其中1例术中死于失血性休克。非手术治疗13例(17.6%),均痊愈。结论对交通事故致闭合性腹外伤的诊断与治疗应争分夺秒,灵活运用各种检查方法,迅速判断病情并制定相应诊治方案,以挽救患者生命。Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal closed injury caused by traffic accidents. Methods Clinical data of 91 cases with abdominal closed injury caused by traffic accidents were retrospectively reviewed. The positive rate were 96.7%,91.8% and 100% by abdominal paracentesis,B ultrasound and CT respectively. Results The operations were taken in 78 cases,with 1 case died of hemorrhage shock. The conservative treatments were adopted in 13 cases. Conclusion The early diagnosis and proper treatment will contribute a lot to a successful treatment.
