青海省献血者巨细胞病毒的血清学调查

摘　　要：目的为了解青海省献血者巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染和监控情况。方法应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验检测4709名献血者CMV抗体阳性率;采用96孔板ELISA法检测CMVIgM、IgG抗体。结果4709名献血者CMV抗体阳性率达57.7%,即2614名CMV抗体阳性。女性CMV阳性率(60.7%)高于男性(53.3%)。不同民族中,土族(49.8%)最低,蒙古族最高(64.8%)。青海省献血者CMV感染与大多数欧洲国家的抗体血清预期值相近为40%～65%,较我国一般人群中抗CMV阳性率90%低。结论提示我省的CMV感染率较低,血液质量监控良好。Objective To study the infection rate of of cytomegalovirus in donor of Qinghai province. The anti-CMV-IgG of 4709 donors were detected by ELISA.Methods The CMV-IgG were detected by ELISA.Results The infection rate of CMV in Qinghai province was 57.7% .This meanings the anti CMV antibody was positive in 2614 donors.The positive rate in femaie(60.7%) was higher than that in male(53.3%).Among diffent race of people,the lowest positive rate was is Tu nationaiity(49.8%) and the highst positive rate was is monglia(64.8%).The CMV infection rate in Qinghai province was nearly to the in Europe(40%~60%)but lower than that in other provinces in our country(90%).Conclusion The CMV infection rate in Qinghai province was lower.The quality of blood in Qinghai was better than that in other provinces in our country.
