摘　　要：目的外伤后细菌性致死性肉芽肿(fatalbacteriagranulomaaftertrauma,FBGT)是一种少见疾病,寻找病原菌的培养分离方法,为该病的诊断和治疗提供实验依据。方法用厌氧琼脂平板、葡萄糖增菌肉汤、庖肉增菌肉汤、改良兔脑厌氧增菌肉汤(RRNB)置厌氧环境培养,用API鉴定系统20A鉴定板鉴定病原菌。结果用RRNB从2例患者病变组织内成功地培养分离出病原菌,用API20A均鉴定为痤疮丙酸杆菌,与电镜查组织中所见相同,但两例患者均死亡。结论该菌为营养要求较高的严格厌氧菌,在RRNB中生长良好,为进一步研究FBGT提供了重要帮助。Objective The pathogen of Fatal Bacteria Granuloma after trauma(FBGT) was not recognized.To find out a culture method of pathogenic bacteria in order to probe into the pathogen and clinical treatment of the disease.Methods Using anaerobic agar plates,glucose-enriched-broth,Fresh meat enriched medium,reformed rabbit-brain anaerobic enriched broth to inoculate specimen, then put into anaerobic ambient condition culture. The pathogenic bacteria were identified by API identifying system.Results The pathogenic bacteria were isolated successfully from two patients′ focus by usr of RRNB. The pathogenic bacteria were propionibacteria acnes identified by API 20A,which was the same by the electron-microscopical ly results.But the two patient were dead.Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria required high nutrient broth,strict anaerobic ambient, but grow well in RRNB. The successful pathogenic bacteria isolation provides an important help for further study of FBGT.
