自体全厚皮片移植后黑色素细胞密度的动态变化──组织化学及放射自显影研究

摘　　要：本文借助组织化学及放射自显影等研究手段，对豚鼠自体全厚皮片移植术后３个月内的不同阶段的皮片表皮内黑色素细胞密度的动态变化规律进行了观察。实验表明：皮片颜色的变化与其表皮内黑色素细胞密度改变呈明显的同步关系，且表皮内黑色素细胞对￣３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ的摄取增加。结果提示，多巴阳性黑色素细胞通过其本身的分裂增殖及无活性黑色素细胞的活性化而实现密度的增加；而黑色素细胞密度的增加可能在皮片过度色素沉着的形成过程中起重要作用。Abstract This article describes an observation of the different phases of the cavies after the autotransplantation for full Thickness skingraft for three months and The dynamic change law of the cuticular melanin cells'denstity in skingraft by means of tissue chemistry and radiative self-development.The experiment shows that the change of the skingraft's colour is obviously synchronic with that of the cuticular melanin cells'densty and the cuticularmelanin cells take in more,3H-TdR.The result points out the positive dopa melanin cells are densfied via their own splitting vegetation and the activation of the inactive melanin cells;that the increment of the melanin cells'densty probably plays an important role in forming process of the overpigmentation of skingraft.
