摘　　要：针对石油企业的经济效益问题,从整体成本效率出发,综合考虑了在多输出多输入的复杂系统中与成本效益相关的各要素,给出了复杂系统的成本效率DEA模型,研究并证明了其相对有效性和性质定理.通过求解成本效率DEA模型,可直接分析输入输出因素对决策单元成本的影响,为企业降低成本、提高收益提供最优决策方案.文中还利用该模型对各油田经济效率进行了综合评价,用实例证明了其可行性.For the economic efficiency of petroleum enterprises, considering each factor related to cost efficiency in multi input/output complex systems, the DEA model of cost efficiency about the complex system is put forward, and its relative efficiency and properties are discussed. The influence of input and output factors on costs can be analysed through calculating the DEA model of cost efficiency, which can help to provide a optimizing decision for the enterprise to reduce the cost and raise the income. The economic efficiency of each oil field is evaluated synthetically using this model, which is given to prove its feasibility.
