摘　　要：作者在临床应用“Ｚ”成形术中，发现不等角对偶皮瓣移转推进可使组织向一个方向延长。并有两个恒定规律：一是皮瓣移转后向角度大的一方延长明显；二是修复后小角瓣一侧组织张力向大角瓣侧延伸。根据以上规律，我们用于头皮、面额部、会阴部等处小面积缺损修复。共用２９例术后效果令人满意．Abstract The author discovered in the clinical 'z'-plastic operation that the scalene angle may let the tissue extend toward one direction by transferring and pushing the even flaps. It has two permanent regular patterns:Firstly,it extends obviously in the direction of large angle after the flaps transfer,Secondly, the tissue tension of the flaps at the small angle side exetnds toward the flaps at the large angle side after repairment.According to the above regular patterns,we use the method of scalene angle transfering and pushing the even triangle flaps to repair the shortcomings of the patients,who have small area shortcomings which can not be sutured directly in the scapular skin, facial and neck part as well as perineal part.Altogether 29 patients have been treated, and the results of the operations are satifactory.
