摘  要:目的 应用HPLC -电化学法检测人血浆中盐酸克仑特罗含量。方法 采用内标法定量,使用NucleodurC18色谱柱,以磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-乙腈(7∶3,V/V ,pH 5 .0 )为流动相,检测器电位0 .80V(Ag/AgCl)。结果 该方法的线性范围1.5~12 0μg·L-1,回归方程Y =0 .75 3X +0 .0 11,r=0 .9993;最低检测浓度0 .0 15 μg·L-1;RSD 2 .6 %~4 .2 % ;平均回收率93.4 %。AIM To develop a HPLC-electrochemical detection method to determine clenbuterol-hydrochloride in human plasma. METHODS The assay was based on internal standard with hydroquinone.The Nucleodur C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was phosphate buffer and acetonitrile (7∶3,V/V,pH 5.0).The potential of working electic was maintained +0.80V(Ag/AgCl). RESULTS The linear range was from 1.5-120 μg·L -1.The liner regression equation was Y=0.753X+0.011 (r=0.999 3). The minimal detection limit was 0.015 μg·L -1. The average recovery was 93.4% with RSD of 2.6%-4.2%.CONCLUSION This method is suitable for clinical use.
