摘　　要：科技期刊编辑系统中各因素具有类似于生物体的遗传与变异特性,表现在办刊宗旨、编辑理念、期刊风格、编辑工作方式和编辑知识结构等方面。认为在办刊中既要遵循编辑系统的遗传性,保持原有的模式,又要有所创新,有变异,在变异中求发展。There are hereditary and variation characteristics in the factors of the editing system of sci-tech periodicals, like living things. These characteristics are shown in the publishing purposes, editing ideas, journal styles, editing methods and editors' knowledge structure. The author holds that on one hand we should follow the heredity of the editing system to maintain the original publishing model; on the other hand we must have the variation to realize the new development.
