摘　　要：总结《TsinghuaScienceandTechnology》近2年网上国际审稿的情况,分析网上国际审稿的优势和不足。网上国际审稿速度快、质量好,但审回率偏低。在开展网上国际审稿时,应准备好稿件、审稿单和有关信件,还需及时催审和回复审稿专家的信件,尽可能加强与审稿专家的联系。The international peer review by E-mail for Tsinghua Science and Technology in recent two years is summarized in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of the international peer review by E-mail are analyzed, which shows that the international peer review by E-mail is fast and of high quality, but the referees who send back comments are relatively less. To implement the international peer review by E-mail, we should make good preparations of the manuscripts, the evaluation report, and related letters, punctually remind the referees and reply their letters, and keep in contact with the referees.
