摘　　要：为管理和应用好省级干线通信网络,为电力系统的安全、可靠运行提供有力的支持,文章结合湖北电力通信网的组网特点,提出了利用现有ATM网络的基础,建设电力通信网综合监控系统,并详细论述了基于ATM网络的电力通信网监控系统的设计思想和系统特点,该方案在湖北电力通信网监控系统的建设中得以应用。从目前运行情况来看,基本实现了设计的目标。For managing and applying the trunk communication network of province level, providing great support for electric power system safe and reliable running, in accordance with the characteristic of Hubei power communication network, the constructing of power communication network monitoring system based on ATM network have been put forward. The paper discusses the design ideas and system characteristic in detail. The scheme has been used in the construction of the monitoring system. From running status, the system realized design target.
