摘  要:通过对一起OPGW渗水事故的分析,建议相关光缆制造企业、电力用户及科研单位在关注纵向渗水的同时,更要重视径向渗水。油膏填充不足会造成OPGW纵向渗水,但油膏过填充又易造成光纤径向受力,影响光传输;光单元表面有缺陷是OPGW产生径向渗水的主要原因,文章简述了涡流探伤仪的基本检测原理,在生产过程中,通过合理设置检测频率可以在一定程度上检测出光单元表面的缺陷,介绍两种OPGW径向渗水试验的方法:浸水冻结性试验和光单元密封性试验。复合不锈钢管结构及铝包不锈钢结构光单元可以从结构上杜绝OPGW光单元的径向渗水。Through the analysis of a fluid penetration accident, horizontal fluid penetration should be paid more attention while the related manufacturing enterprises, customers of electric power industry, science and research institutes have paid attention to the vertical fluid penetration. If the jelly filler isn′t abundant, as a result, the OPGW will penetrate vertically. But if the jelly has been over filled, it will lead to the optical fiber accepted the horizontal pressure and influent the optics transmission. The defect on the surface of optical unit is the main cause of the horizontal fluid penetration. This paper describes the working principle of the eddy current proximity detector. The selection of rational detecting frequency arrangement can detect the defect on the surface of the optical unit on a certain extent. Then the paper introduces two kinds of test methods for the horizontal fluid penetration, which are waterishlogged frozen experiment and optical unit airproof experiment. The application of the optical unit with the structure of compound stainless tube and Al-clad stainless will put an end to the horizontal fluid penetration structurally.
