山豆根总生物碱抗肿瘤作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的对山豆根的总生物碱进行抗肿瘤作用研究。方法通过建立小鼠S180,H22,ESC肿瘤模型,从整体水平上观察山豆根总生物碱对肿瘤生长的影响。结果山豆根总生物碱有一定的抗肿瘤活性,但抑瘤率低,毒性大。结论山豆根总生物碱作为抗肿瘤药物,值得商榷。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the anti - tumor effect of total alkaloids of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis . METHOD Overall observation on the effect of the total alkaloids of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis was made by establish S180, H22 and ESC mice tumor models. RESULT The total alkaloids of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis had anti - tumor effect, but the tumor- inhibiting rate was low with great toxicity. CONCLUSION It is still questionable to use the total alkaloids of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis as an anti - tumor agent.
