摘　　要：介绍了XMLWebService的工作原理。提出了一种在开放的Internet网络环境下,用基于XMLWebService开发技术来实现的、适合于中小企业应用的分布式管理信息系统的解决方案,该方案既满足了企业的业务分散处理的需要,同时又具有成本低、实现方法简单的特点。提高了企业组建企业管理信息系统的效率和质量。This paper introduces the operational principle of XML Web Service. It presents a solution based on XML Web Service development technique, this solution is appropriate for small and medium enterprises' applications of distributed administrative information system. This solution is not only satisfied with enterprises' business distributed processing, meanwhile, it has a low cost and its implement method is very simple, which improves the efficiency and quality of enterprises' building up of administrative information system.
