摘  要:研究了低醛防皱整理剂TCL-LF对彩棉织物的防皱整理,考察了添加剂AV-920、壳聚糖CTA对防皱整理综合效果的改善作用,通过正交实验的方法确定了较合理的整理工艺参数.结果表明:TCL-LF对天然绿棉织物整理较佳的工艺条件为TCL-LF 65 g/L,MgCl2·6H2O-12 g/ L,JFC-2 g/L,pH=5-6,烘焙温度140℃,焙烘时间41 min,此时,弹性提高率在28%左右.在整理浴中添加有机硅柔软剂AV-920可进一步提高防皱效果:当AV-920质量浓度为30 g/L时, 弹性提高率达38.4%左右,且织物手感柔软,但强力有所下降.添加壳聚糖CTA(分子质量为11 000)对织物的弹性提高不大,但可改善机械性能,使织物的强力下降率有所减少.当CTA的用量为1%,采用二步法整理时,织物防皱的综合效果较好.In this paper, the effect of wrinkle-proof finishing on the naturally colored cotton fabrics was studied. As an agent of low content of the free formaldehyde, TCL- LF was used in the wrinkle-proof finishing. Some additives such as CTA, AV - 920 were also adopted. The optimum process parameters were obtained by lots of experiments. The results showed that when the mass concentration of TCL-LF, MgCl2·6H2O and JFC was 65 g/L, 12 g/L and 2 g/L, respectively and when the pH value was 5-6, cured at 140℃ for 4 min, the increase of crease recovery angle could attain to 28% or so. The effect of wrinkle-proof could be obtained by adding softer agent AV - 920, which increased the crease recovery angle by 38.4 %, and the sense of hand of treated fabrics could be improved well. CTA (molecular weight 11 000) could raise little on the crease recovery angle but improve the breaking strength.
