摘 要:通过对比分析拉伸羊毛与普通羊毛的上染过程发现:拉伸羊毛的上染速率增加,上染温度点前移,临界温度区间缩短;拉伸羊毛在低温染色工艺条件下可以满足上染率及牢度的要求;较低的升温速率可以减轻拉伸羊毛原料差异对染色均匀性的影响,从而有效改善拉伸羊毛匀染性.By making a comparison between the dyeing process of stretched wool and ordinary wool, this paper focused on the dyeing behavior of stretched wool. The results showed that in the earlier stage of dyeing, at the same dyeing condition, the stretched wool had faster dyeing rate, lower dyeing temperature, and its dyeing period was shorter than the ordinary wool. The stretched wool could be dyed at low temperature and attain the requirement of dye-uptake and color fastness. By reducing heat-up rate, the level dyeing in stretched wool could be obtained, which was affected by the fibers' quality difference in the stretched wool.
