摘 要:采用间歇反应器,在连续搅拌及分水条件下,研究了Fe离子和La离子交换Hβ用于乙酸和正丁醇合成乙酸正丁酯的催化反应.考察了催化剂的焙烧温度和金属改性对反应结果的影响; 用TPD测定了不同催化剂的酸性;用GC-MS考察了催化剂的选择性.结果表明:550℃焙烧的Fe离子交换的Hβ和450℃焙烧的La离子交换的Hβ催化剂催化效果好;影响催化酯化性能的主要是强B酸;Fe离子交换的Hβ催化剂有很好的选择性.In the synthesis of butyl acetate by acetic acid and n-butanol, under the condition of continuous stirring and water removal in a batch reactor, the Hβ properties exchanged by Fe ion and La ion were studied. The influence of calcination temperature and metal modification on the reaction results was investigated, the acidity and selectivity of catalysts were determined by TPD and GC- MS, respectively. The results showed that the Hβ catalyst exchanged by Fe and La ion had better properties under calcination temperature 550 ℃ and 450 ℃ respectively than that of other temperature. It was strong B acid that mainly affected the function of catalysts. The Hβ selectivity of Fe ion exchange was superior to that of H2SO4 catalyst.
