科研机构技术资本与产业资本的深层融合模式研究

摘　　要：针对科研院所在转制过程中存在院所技术资本与产业资本结合程度不够、产研合作体系未真正建立的问题,从科技与经济结合的角度出发,详细论述了科研机构在转制过程中进行技术资本与产业资本融合的深层模式,为创建产研合作创新体系提供了分析框架和操作手段,为政府主管部门和院所企业提供了可操作性的管理建议。In the reform process of science research system we are facing the problems of low degree inosculation of technology capital and industry capital of science research institution the lag of the construction of industry-research collaboration system. So based on the point of view that science and economy should integrate together the paper analyzes the compact inosculation modes of technology capital and industry capital particularly which provides the analysis framework and operation means for the construction of industry-research collaboration system and offers some suggestions for government and enterprises.
