摘　　要：高技术成果商业化的一般过程揭示了决定企业技术创业成败的商业基础。高技术成果商业化实现的基础和标志是高技术企业商业平台的成功建立。商业平台是决定高技术创业成败的基础构架。建立商业平台是高技术创业投资的核心战略目标。用商业平台模型解析铱星系统商业计划的沉浮,证明了它的有效性和可操作性。The general process of high-tech achievements commercialization reveals the business base of leading firm's technical venture to success. The successful establishment of the high-tech enterprise's business platform is the base or symbol of high-tech achievements commercialization. Business platform is the basic framework that determines the success or failure of high-tech venture. Constructing business platform is the core strategic target of high-tech venture investment. The analysis of ups and downs of Iridium Satellite system's business plans testifies the validity and maneuverability of business platform model.
