中小企业家人力资本与绩效关系实证分析

摘　　要：在相关研究的基础上,通过统计分析探询中小企业家人力资本存量与绩效的关系。分析表明,企业家人力资本内含要素与企业绩效间有着一定的相关关系,总体来说,高人力资本存量的企业家与低存量的企业家相比,似乎更能提高企业的经营绩效。企业家人力资本各要素的贡献有所差异,而且存在两两的交互效应。分析了进行整体性的人力资本投资是中小企业家成长的理性选择。This paper empirically examines the interrelationship between entrepreneurial humane capital and SME performance. Evidences support the hypothesis that there are significant positive relations among human capital factors and performance. Entrepreneurs with higher human capital appear to maintain better performance by comparison to their counterparts. Research results also reveal positive interactions between the respective factors as well as between the factors and performance. Finally the paper suggests that it's a rational choice for entrepreneurs to systematically build up their human capital pool.
