摘　　要：医院图像存档与通信系统(PACS)的开发研究正处在方兴未艾的阶段,作为一种前沿的高新应用技术,它涉及到计算机、图像处理、网络通信、医学诊断和医院管理等众多领域知识,它的开发过程是项极其复杂庞大的工作,因此,只有清楚的认识和理解其中的关键技术。Exploitation and research of PACS system for hospital are just in the ascendant, as a kind of new high frontier applied technology, it involves in many field knowledge, such as computer, image processing, network communication, diagnosis and hospital management, etc. The process of exploitation is complex, so only know and understand its key technology distinctly, can we grasp and exploiture the hospital PACS system better.
