摘　　要：当前形势下,实现侦查观念的创新是一种必然的选择。侦查实践的辩证本性是实现侦查观念创新的动力机制,侦查认识的一般规律和侦查直觉思维构成了侦查观念创新的思维机制,合规律性和合目的性是侦查观念创新的内在约束机制,而侦查工作法治化进程的不断推进、社会犯罪的发展变化以及刑事执法要求的不断提高则构成侦查观念创新的外部环境机制。Nowadays the realization of investigative concept innovation becomes a necessity. The investigation practice is the motive in the innovation of investigative concept. The general principle of investigation and perceptive thinking of investigation constitute the thinking mechanism of investigative concept innovation.
