汝安膜的抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究汝安膜的抗炎作用。方法小鼠耳二甲苯致炎、大鼠踝关节量清致炎后,用汝安膜生药糊状敷于致炎部位,观察汝安膜抗炎作用。结果实验见汝安膜对小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠踝关节肿胀具有对抗作用,和凡士林组对比,P<0.01。结论汝安膜具有明显的抗炎作用。Objective: To study for the inflammation of RU AN membrane.Methods: After the mice's ears were induced infected by dimethylbenzene, the rats' ankle joint were made to be infected by nothing, the paste of the crude RU AN membrane was applied on the affected areas and its effects were observed. Results: The experiment indicated that RU AN membrane had anti-inflammation effects on the mice's ears swelling and the rats' ankle joint, compared with the group applied with saline water. Conclusion: RU AN membrane had obvious anti-inflammation effects.
