摘　　要：根据教育部和国家体育总局颁布的关于《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》及《<学生体质健康标准(试行方案)>实施办法》,本文以校园网络和INTERNET网为基础,运用计算机网络技术对《学生体质健康标准》进行管理,构建大学生体质健康标准网络管理模式,并通过模式搭载体育课件和其它相关体育信息,从而使体育教学和管理量化、科学化。Based on the fitness standard of college students constitution (the tentative scheme) and the implementation of the standard in college released by the Ministry of Education and National Sports Bureau, the artic]e determines how to manage and construct a management mode of the standard through campus network and Internet, further more, by loading physical education teaching software and other related sports information through management mode to make teaching and administration of physical education quantified and scientific.
