摘　　要：依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是我国的治国方略。法制建设的现代化,社会主义政治的民主化,政党领导的法制化,法治观念的普及化,政府和社会在法治建设中的协同化是当前我国进行社会主义法制建设的重要路径。Ruling our country according to law and constructing a ruling-by-law socialism country are the general administering plan of our country. The modernization of constructing legal system ,the democratization of socialism politics, the legalization of political party’s leadership, the popularization of legal conception, the coordination of the government and the society in legal construction are important paths in constructing socialistic legal system of our country at present.
