摘　　要：在青年大学生中发展党员,是高校党建的一项基础性工作。高校各级党组织应重在培养,引导大学生树立正确的入党动机,规范程序,把好党员入口关,完善制度,确保大学生党员的质量。It is a fundamental task of Party building in institutes of higher learning to develop Party members among the young college students. Every Party branch should focus its work on developing, guiding students to have correct intentions, standardizing the procedure and improving the system so as to guarantee the quality of Party members among college students.
