摘 要:目的:研究低剂量辐射对免疫系统影响的剂量率效应。方法:采用高、中、低3个不同剂量率的60Coγ射线,同一照射剂量75mGy,全身一次性照射小鼠,ELISA分析照射4h后血浆IL12和IL10的含量变化。结果:3个剂量率照射后小鼠血浆中IL12、IL10和IL12/IL10均出现不同程度的下降,并随着剂量率增加呈现“下降-低点-回升”的“V”字型变化。结论:在低剂量辐射对免疫系统的影响中,存在波动性的剂量率效应。Objective: To study the effect of low dose ^(60)Co-γ radiation at different dose rates on the level of IL-12 and IL-10 in the sera of mice. Methods: The experimental animals, Kunmin mice, 3 weeks old, were exposed to whole body irradiation with a dose of 75 mGy at three different dose rates of 0.5 mGy/min, 5 mGy/min, and 50 mGy/min respectively. Changes in the contents of IL-12 and IL-10 in sera were analyzed by using ELISA, 4 hours after irradiation. Results: For all the three groups, decrease to various extents in the contents of IL-12, IL-10 and IL-12/IL-10 was observed, with the change pattern being in a 'V' shape, i.e. in a 'drop-bottom-rise' formation. Conclusion: Low dose irradiation appears to have a fluctuating dose rate effect on the immune system.
