精子膜完整性与精子功能评估的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:评价生育组和不育组精液精子及无精子症睾丸穿刺获得精子的精子膜完整性并讨论其与精子功能的相关性。方法:采用伊红Y水试验、低渗肿胀试验分组检测精子膜功能并做精液常规分析。结果:生育组、不育组、无精子症组伊红Y精子头部未着色率和低渗肿胀率的比较有显著性差异(P<0 01)。同时精子膜低渗肿胀率与精子活率、活力密切相关,精子膜低渗肿胀率越高,其活率、活力也越高(P<0 01 )。虽然睾丸穿刺获得精子膜功能差,伊红Y头部未着色率( 30 55±10 86)、低渗肿胀率(35 23±15 60)低于生育组、不育组,仍显示部分睾丸精子有一定的成熟度。结论:精子膜功能完整性能反映精子的功能状况并作为判断睾丸穿刺获得精子功能的重要指标。Objective: To evaluate the integrity of sperm membrane among fertile, infertile and azoospermia group, and explore its relationship with the function of sperm. Methods: Sperm membrane function with eosin Y and hyposmotic swelling test was examined and routine analysis of sperm was made. Results: There was a significant difference in the sperm head unstained rate and hyposmotic swelling rate among fertile, infertile and azoospermia group(P<0.01). At the same time the swelling rate of sperm membrane was closely related with the motility and the a+b grade motile of spermatozoon. The higher the swelling rate of sperm membrane was, the higher motility and a+b grade motile of spermatozoon (P<0.01). Though sperms (those obtained from percutaneous testicular aspirating)quality was low, and the sperm head unstained rate and the tail swelling rate were 30.55±10.86 and 35.23±15.60 respectively, both of which were lower than those of fertile group and infertile group. It still demonstrated certain maturity of partial spermatozoon. Conclusions: The integrity of sperm membrane reflects the functional of spermatozoon, and it can be used as a good indicator in evaluating the function of sperms (those obtained from percutaneous testicular aspirating).
