新入伍地方大学生心理健康及人格特征调查

摘　　要：目的研究新入伍地方大学毕业生心理健康状况及其人格特征,为部队人才素质建设提供科学依据。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对167名新入伍地方大学生进行心理测评。结果1除躯体化因子外,受试者SCL-90各因子分均显著性低于全军常模和全国大学生常模的对应值(P<0.01);但按性别、是否独生子女、文理科专业分组,组间比较SCL-90各因子分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);2受试者EPQ问卷的E维度分显著高于军人常模,而L维度分显著低于军人常模(P<0.05);其个性外向、情绪倾向稳定的人数比例显著高于军人常模,而情绪倾向不稳定、不稳定的人数比例显著低于军人常模(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论新入伍地方大学生总体心理健康水平较好,其良好的个性特征有利于适应部队生活。ObjectiveTo investigate the mental health and personality in recruits of graduates from local colleges. Methods 167 graduates were tested by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ).Results (1) Most factors score of SCL-90 of graduate-recruits were lower significantly than those of the armymen SCL-90 normal and graduate SCL-90 normal(P<0.01); but there were no significant difference according to gender, one or more child-family and speciality(P>0.05); (2) The EPQ-E score of graduate-recruits was higher significantly than that of the armymen EPQ normal, but the EPQ-L score was lower significantly than that of the armymen EPQ normal(P<0.05); The proportions of extroversion and emotional stability in graduates were higher significantly than the armymen normal, but the proportions of emotional instability in graduates were lower significantly than the normal(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health conditions of graduate-recruits are relatively well, and the suitable personality is good for adaptation to the military life.
