摘　　要：日本国际私法在解决涉外法律冲突方面具有较为完备的体系和显著的特色。对日本国际私法的发展进行了比较广泛的分析和研究,以期对我国国际私法的理论和实践有所裨益。Japan's private international law has complete system and remarkable character in choice of laws. In order to benefit the development of China's relevant theory and practice, the evolution of Japan's private international law is comprehensively analyzed and studied in this article.
